The great Duane Allman playing with the Allman Brothers in 1970. Absolutely fantastic rendition of In Memory of Elizathbeth Reed.

Chuck i must admit i was never a big fan of the Allman Brothers until you started
posting their videos.....
I have become to realize just how good they really are and Duane is always on the
top of his best when performing with the band....

Happy Trails our friend from a old Jawja boy and keep on keeping on......

Glad to hear I pulled you over Dawg. They really are an exceptional band with great musicianship. Their music never gets old to me.

I have to agree. My favorite Pandora channel is heavily slanted toward their music. Thanks for posting.

Chuck today i feel i must pay a little respect, i was just a young man on February 3,
1959 in training for Special Forces at Fort Bragg, NC and heard the news about a plane
crash in a cold cornfield at Clear Lake, Iowa....America lost three of the greatest,
Charles Budddy Holly, Richie Valens and JR "the big Bopper" Richardson along with
their pilot.....

So sing a little Peggy Sue or whistle a little LaBamba and Chantilly Lace in memory of
legions we lost, God loves them and so do we.....
Rest in peace my friends.....
