Saturday, October 16, 2010 at 9:54AM My recommendation this week comes from a recommendation by FL Pundit regular COASTIE. I checked out his suggestion and really enjoyed it, so what follows is The Grascals performing their 2006 Bluegrass Song of the Year Me and John and Paul.

The only group I remember recommending was "Blues Traveler" (100 years). Maybe sometime in the future?

I do love this song, and the actual video is great as well but I didn't have a link to it, just this live performance. Glad some folks enjoyed it.
